APRA registers new non-operating holding company - Resolution Life NOHC Pty Ltd

The Australian Prudential Regulation Authority (APRA) has registered Resolution Life NOHC Pty Ltd as a non-operating holding company of two registered life insurers, AMP Life Limited and The National Mutual Life Association of Australasia Limited under the Life Insurance Act 1995.
