Terms and conditions
- The MySuper Product Heatmap (“the Heatmap”) utilises data reported to APRA under the Financial Sector (Collection of Data) Act 2001 up to 29 October 2019. APRA has also utilised data from external sources including market index providers and product disclosure statements. While APRA endeavours to ensure the quality of the data used, APRA does not guarantee, and accepts no legal liability whatsoever arising from, or connected to, the use of the Heatmap.
- The listing of a MySuper product in the Heatmap, regardless of the set of ‘heat’ colours attributed to that MySuper product, in no way implies any form of APRA endorsement. You will need to exercise your own skill and care with respect to your use of the Heatmap. The Heatmap is not a substitute for independent professional advice and you should obtain any appropriate professional advice relevant to your particular circumstances.
