APRA publishes statistics on the performance of the friendly society industry, on an annual basis. These statistics contains industry aggregate summaries of financial performance and position, investments and capital, as well as at an individual entity level.

Note: APRA has discontinued the highlights for the annual friendly society bulletin, starting from the June 2023 publication.

The annual friendly society bulletin includes financial year-end statistics at an industry level and for individual friendly societies. Statistics includes data relating to financial performance, position and capital adequacy at total entity level, and also specific to investment linked and non-investment linked business.

The database presents the statistics in a database format.
