APRA announces the authorisation of foreign ADI ABN Amro Bank NV

The Australian Prudential Regulation Authority (APRA) today announced it has authorised ABN Amro Bank N.V. as a foreign authorised deposit-taking institution (ADI) under the Banking Act 1959.
