On 14 July 2025, APRA released a consultation letter on minor updates to Private Health Insurance (Health Benefits Fund Enforcement) Rules 2015.
Consultation is now open, for 4 weeks.
APRA invites written submissions in response to this paper. Please send them to PolicyDevelopment@apra.gov.au by 8 August 2025.
APRA is aiming to release a final version of these rules in September 2025.

It is APRA's policy to publish all submissions on the APRA website unless the respondent specifically tells APRA in writing that all or part of the submission is to remain confidential.
