Note The Superannuation guidance note SGN 110.1 fit and proper, first published on APRA's website on 9 July 2004, was updated on 18 August 2004 to include a clarification to the last sentence in paragraph 36. The words 'that meets APRA requirements' were inserted after 'a police check'.
