A trustee of a superannuation entity that winds up during the year must complete and submit all forms on the APRA Annual Return and include wind up details in the Superannuation Entity Profile form (SRF 250.0, item 4.1-4.4 for Non SAFs and SRF 340.0, item 4.1-4.4 for SAFs).
