Good morning everyone, and let me please add my welcome to that of the previous speakers.
As you can tell from the title of my presentation, my time this morning will be spent on something of a ‘grab bag’ of issues, mainly in relation to capital. But that reflects some of the new features of the regulatory framework being introduced by Basel III, and the need to set out how they will interact with aspects of the existing framework that we think work quite well.
