2004 ISDA Regional Member Conference

In its News Release of 28 June this year, ISDA said that it “commends the Basel Committee on Banking Supervision on the publication of its new Capital Accord”. It is comforting to know that this morning I am amongst people who are broadly supportive of the Basel II Framework.
