First Home Saver Account Providers Supervisory Levy Imposition Act 2008

Under section 123 of the First Home Saver Accounts Act 2008 (FHSA Act), ADIs and life insurance companies are required to notify APRA of their intention to provide FHSAs. The form below may be used for this purpose.
Notification to APRA of intention to offer first home saver accounts form
RSE licensees that offer FHSAs must comply with the Prudential Standard.
Prudential Standard FPS 100 First Home Saver Accounts Providers (RSE licensees only)
Only public offer and extended public offer licensees are eligible to apply for authorisation to be an FHSA provider. The FHSA Act requires the application be made in the approved form.

First Home Saver Accounts (FHSAs) are required to notify APRA, in the approved form, of the address where their RSE's financial records are kept.
